Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 218i platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 218i's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and 218i as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register or use this platform under any circumstances.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 218i. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. 218i recommends using a unique, strong password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 218i support team immediately at [email protected].
218i reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require you to submit valid proof of identity, such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may be temporarily suspended.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
218i users agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Using automation software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate the platform's systems or games
- Money laundering or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity
- Providing false information during registration or in any communication with 218i
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's infrastructure
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties
- Any form of fraud or misconduct that causes harm to the platform or other users
218i reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including restricting access, placing a hold on account balances during an investigation, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 218i platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet verified in the name of the registered user. 218i does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — generally between one and 24 business hours.
218i reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, you will be notified via your registered email and may be asked to provide supporting documents if required. All transactions are final once confirmed, unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
Limitation of Liability & Account Policy
218i's Limitation of Liability
218i is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. 218i's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
218i reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to be in breach of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or at the platform's sole discretion. Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to any compensation. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to user misconduct, any valid account balance will be returned within a reasonable period upon completion of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 218i support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within seven business days.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 218i platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 218i or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 218i.

The 218i platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 218i is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
218i reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page with a clearly indicated update date. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
